Ingredients

Pork Loin (Boneless. Cut into Cubes) 2
Bell Peppers (Red. Cut into Cubes) 1⁄2 c
Teriyaki Sauce 2 T
Rice Vinegar 2 clv
Garlic (Minced) 1⁄2 t
Red Pepper Flakes 1 c
Peanut Butter 1⁄2 c
Green Onions (Chopped.) 1⁄4 c
Peanuts (Dry-roasted, Chopped) 2
LImes (Cut into wedges)Instructions
- Coat the slow cooker with nonstick spray. Put the pork, peppers teriyaki, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes and garlic into cooker.
- Cover cook on High for 4 hrs.
- Add the peanut - stir well to dissolve and blend to make sauce.
- Serve in shallow bowls over hot jasmine rice. Sprinkle with green onions and peanuts. Pass lime wedges.
