Pork Loin (Boneless. Cut into Cubes)

Bell Peppers (Red. Cut into Cubes)
1⁄2 c
Teriyaki Sauce
2 T
Rice Vinegar
2 clv
Garlic (Minced)
1⁄2 t
Red Pepper Flakes
1 c
Peanut Butter
1⁄2 c
Green Onions (Chopped.)
1⁄4 c
Peanuts (Dry-roasted, Chopped)

LImes (Cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Coat the slow cooker with nonstick spray. Put the pork, peppers teriyaki, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes and garlic into cooker.
  2. Cover cook on High for 4 hrs.
  3. Add the peanut - stir well to dissolve and blend to make sauce.
  4. Serve in shallow bowls over hot jasmine rice. Sprinkle with green onions and peanuts. Pass lime wedges.
