This is one easy recipe
Ingredients
8 c
Chicken Broth 2
Chicken Breasts (Boneless, skinless) 2 pk
Rice-A-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice 1 t
Salt 1⁄2 t
Pepper 2 c
Cream 2 c
Carrots (Diced) 2 c
Celery (Diced) 1 c
Onion (Diced)Instructions
- Put everything (along with seasoning packet), except cream in a large slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred and return to slow cooker.
- Whisk in cream, a little at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Turn crockpot to low and cook for another 1/2 hours.
Notes
Serve with crusty French or Italian bread.
