This is one easy recipe

Main Ingredients: 

Ingredients

Chicken Broth
2
Chicken Breasts (Boneless, skinless)
2 pk
Rice-A-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice
1 t
Salt
1⁄2 t
Pepper
2 c
Cream
2 c
Carrots (Diced)
2 c
Celery (Diced)
1 c
Onion (Diced)

Instructions

  1. Put everything (along with seasoning packet), except cream in a large slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred and return to slow cooker.
  4. Whisk in cream, a little at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Turn crockpot to low and cook for another 1/2 hours.

Notes

Serve with crusty French or Italian bread.
