Description
We like Chili. We like Buffalo anything. Looks like a good match.
Ingredients

Onion (Chopped) 4 clv
Garlic (Minced) 1 T
Oil 1⁄2 c
Celery (Sliced) 1⁄2 c
Carrots (Diced) 1 1⁄2 lb
Chicken (Ground) 32 oz
Cannellini Beans (Canned, Drained) 28 oz
Tomatoes (Canned, Crushed) 1⁄2 c
Frank's Red Hot Sauce 2 t
Cumin (Ground) 1 t
Paprika (Ground) 1⁄2 t
Cayenne Pepper 1 t
Salt 1⁄2 t
Pepper (Ground)Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, garlic, celery and carrots until onions are soft and transparent.
- Add ground chicken to mixture, continue cooking, breaking up chicken until it has the general consistency (chunkiness) you would would for the chili.
- Place meat/vegetable mixture in slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
Notes
How about Buffalo Turkey Chili? Substitute turkey for chicken.
