Description

We like Chili. We like Buffalo anything. Looks like a good match.

Main Ingredients: 

Ingredients

Onion (Chopped)
4 clv
Garlic (Minced)
1 T
Oil
1⁄2 c
Celery (Sliced)
1⁄2 c
Carrots (Diced)
1 1⁄2 lb
Chicken (Ground)
32 oz
Cannellini Beans (Canned, Drained)
28 oz
Tomatoes (Canned, Crushed)
1⁄2 c
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 t
Cumin (Ground)
1 t
Paprika (Ground)
1⁄2 t
Cayenne Pepper
1 t
Salt
1⁄2 t
Pepper (Ground)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, garlic, celery and carrots until onions are soft and transparent.
  2. Add ground chicken to mixture, continue cooking, breaking up chicken until it has the general consistency (chunkiness) you would would for the chili.
  3. Place meat/vegetable mixture in slow cooker.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Notes

How about Buffalo Turkey Chili? Substitute turkey for chicken.
To be taste tested on 2/18
