Ingredients
5 lb
Beef 1
Beef Bullion Cube 6 oz
Peperoncini ((Drained)) 6 oz
Giardiniera (Hot or Mild - Your Choice! (Drained)) 1 c
Water 1 pk
Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing MixInstructions
Put all of the ingredients in the crock pot and set it on high for at least 4 hours. It definitely turns out better cooked on low for 6 hours, but it will work either way.
When you're ready to serve it, pull apart the beef and put it back into the crock pot to absorb all of the juice.
Notes
If you prefer, you can use a can of beef broth instead of the water and bouillon cube.
Serve with crusty Italian bread or rolls.
