Spicy and smoky pulled pork tacos. We serve it with tortillas, cilantro, limes and Mexican rice.
1. Season all sides of pork loin generously with cumin and adobo seasoning.
2. Add water to bottom of crock pot, add bay leaves, garlic, pork loin and chipotle peppers.
3. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
4. Remove pork and shred with two forks.
5. Add pork back to crock pot and adjust salt and cumin to taste.
6. Serve on warm tortillas.
