Description

Hearty soup. Serve with garlic bread and green salad.

Main Ingredients: 

Ingredients

2 lb
Ground Beef
1
Onion (Chopped)
3
Carrots (Chopped)
4
Celery (Chopped)
56 oz
Canned Diced Tomatoes (Undrained)
16 oz
Canned Red Kidney Beans (Drained)
16 oz
Canned White Kidney Beans (Drained)
30 oz
Beef Stock
3 t
Oregano
2 t
Pepper
5 t
Parsley
1 t
Tabasco (Optional)
20 oz
Jar Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz
Pasta (Small tubular)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Put beef in slow cooker.
  2. Add all but pasta into slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for 3.5 hours.
  4. Add pasta to slow cooker.
  5. Cook remaining half hour.

Notes

Haven't tried this yet. Wanted to save for taste test when the weather gets cooler.
